A New Year

 Hello everyone! Welcome to the new year. :]

At our last meeting we elected new members to the HOA Board.

Friendly Reminder:

HOA 2026 Membership dues remain at $10.00. If you would like to join we will have Membership cards available at the next meeting Monday, February 2, 2026.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can contact any Board Member and we would be happy to deliver a Membership card to your home. 

The dates are set for the Yard Sales and the Annual Spring Fling:

Community Yard Sale: Saturday, March 14, 2026

HOA Yard Sale: Saturday, March 21, 2026

Spring Fling: Saturday, April 19, 2026

The Board has voted to change the meeting time to the first Saturday of the month at 12 noon starting next month. (March 7, 2026)

We will discuss the change at tonight's meeting and will take a vote with all attending residents.

Entry Gate Petition Update:

Hi guys! We are at 79 signatures for the gate petition. I haven't presented it to the office as of yet. We are hoping for a few more signatures at the meeting Saturday. If you have not signed yet and would like to, please come to the meeting or contact us and we will bring it to you.

Gate Petition Update:

 Thank you everyone for your participation in signing the petition to stop the installation of an entrance gate at Dunedin Village. We are close to 80 signatures. However, our goal is to get at least 100 signatures before we submit the list to Cove. If you know of anyone that has not signed yet and would like to, please have them contact me by phone, text or email and I will bring the petition to them to sign.

It will take all of us to work together.

New Cards:

 We just ordered new cards and will distribute them to all residents of Dunedin Village. We have a new website and email address. Feel free to contact us anytime and check this website for any new updates.

Entrance Gate Petition:

 We invite you to attend a special HOA meeting on Monday, August 21st @ 7:00 p.m. in the Laundry Room. The topic will be the entrance gate. Our goal is to get as many signatures as possible on a petition requesting Cove Communities NOT move forward with the installation of the entrance gate.

The issues are the safety concerns entering and exiting Belcher Road as well as the potential of future unreasonable lot rental increases due to Dunedin Village being designated as a Gated Community.
