Florida Manufactured Housing Association

 Hey guys...

During our meeting tonight we talked about the FMHA. I am going to look into it and see if we can bring them aboard. It may cost a lot of money to merge the Lone Pine Ridge HOA with them. No decision will not be made without the consent of the majority of our community, We will need a petition signed by at least 80% of the park residents.

The Board will look into it and we will discuss it at our next meeting on Saturday March 7, 2026 at 12pm.

It will take a lot of our funds but we will be a part of a statewide HOA with all of their resources. I urge that all residents attend the meeting to make your voice heard.

A New Year

 Hello everyone! Welcome to the new year. :]

At our last meeting we elected new members to the HOA Board.

Friendly Reminder:

HOA 2026 Membership dues remain at $10.00. If you would like to join we will have Membership cards available at the next meeting Monday, February 2, 2026.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can contact any Board Member and we would be happy to deliver a Membership card to your home. 

The dates are set for the Yard Sales and the Annual Spring Fling:

Community Yard Sale: Saturday, March 14, 2026

HOA Yard Sale: Saturday, March 21, 2026

Spring Fling: Saturday, April 19, 2026

The Board has voted to change the meeting time to the first Saturday of the month at 12 noon starting next month. (March 7, 2026)

We will discuss the change at tonight's meeting and will take a vote with all attending residents.

Reminder: Thanksgiving Dinner / Party

 Hey Guys! 

Just a friendly reminder... Saturday @ 3 is the time for our annual "Thanksgiving Party." We have turkey, ham and a few residents signed up to bring side dishes. If you would like to bring something please contact one of the HOA board members. You can give me a text @ 727-637-1479. We also have a sign up sheet in the laundry room.

November Meeting:

Hello everyone! Just a reminder: Our monthly HOA meeting is Saturday Nov. 4 @ 12 pm in the laundry room. We will be going over a number of subjects from the gate, clubhouse, pool to the new rent increases. We are also starting the process for nominees for 2024 board members and plan the upcoming Thanksgiving dinner. Hope to see you there.

Gate Petition:

 We now have 84 signatures and I will present them to the office tomorrow.

We need new board members:

 I was informed tonight that three members of the HOA board will be stepping down at the end of the year. We need residents of the Dunedin Village community to step up and volunteer to serve so we can keep the HOA going. If you are interested please contact Ray Rubio (727-637-1479) 

Entry Gate Petition Update:

Hi guys! We are at 79 signatures for the gate petition. I haven't presented it to the office as of yet. We are hoping for a few more signatures at the meeting Saturday. If you have not signed yet and would like to, please come to the meeting or contact us and we will bring it to you.
